We had an incredible experience touring Fireclay Tile! Justin gave us an amazing tour, guiding us through every step of the tile-making process with friendliness, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge. He took the time to show us how each tile is truly handmade, from shaping to glazing and firing. It was fascinating to see the craftsmanship and care that goes into each piece.

Fireclay always goes above and beyond our expectations! We contacted them and on the same day got a tour! Justin gave us an amazing tour through the factory and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us the entire process from the raw materials to the tile completion! Everything comes from the earth and is returned to the earth. We will be visiting again! Highly recommend visiting and seeing how amazing this company is.

This place was incredible! We are tiling a kitchen, fireplace and bath in the not so distant future and it was really neat to be able to look at the tiles close up. One of the showroom managers Justin (in Aromas) gave me a tour of the factory. I learned about how the tile is made, fired, shaped, glazed. All about how they test the clay for strength, the frits they use for color, and met some of the artists hand painting the tile. Very skilled artisans here. I never knew all that went into these incredible tiles.

The Fireclay Factory Tour was a super cool experience and the team was gracious enough to show me around and answer all my questions! I was lucky enough to take the tour while the factory was in full operation and was able to see each step of the manufacturing process - from pressing and firing the clay, to glazing and packaging. Fireclay tile has been one of my favorite tile companies for years. I just visited their new showroom, and now love them even more! They have a rainbow of colors, any trim you would ever need, are a certified B Corp, and all the tiles are made in America. And to top it all of, their customer service is incredible. Check them out!
