I’m a Tenant here and this complex is the worst its poop every people don’t pick of there dog poop it’s about 100 cats every peeing on porches and stairs it’s mold in the windows my floor is sinking in like I’m going to fall through the second floor the kids in the middle tore up everything like the bushes is gone the grass is gone it’s big piles of poop every they come to the back sit in my stairs and make noise I have to tell them to go home I also have no kitchen drawers no blind I been waiting 8 months for air conditioner the lady in the office always has the door lock she raise rent without telling me and corporate doesn’t answer the phone she doesn’t not care and always has a attitude she is not professional her my every time my neighbor close their door it’s shakes my whole apartment like my pictures my dishes everything shake when they slams their door nothing ever gets fix we barely have a maintenance The laundry room rooms are disgusting and hideous. Nothing is ever clean in there. They’re broken washing machines its cat poop everywhere and dog poop and pee inside the washing machine. Machines have soap buildup on them
management does not do their job they don’t walk around the complex to make sure things are in order the only good manager was Mrs Marlis

I’ve experienced about seven floods in my apartment, including going without a ceiling in my kitchen for over almost a year. I am now experiencing blood in my kitchen due to the dishwasher and piping under the sink. Recent maintenance man has came in twice and said it was fixed and I I’ve had to clean up water from leaking all over the floor under the sink is totally flooded rotted wood, and I was told today that they could not get to it. What the heck I have no bathtub because of the plumbing in the bathroom and my master bedroom sink leak underneath the Master bedroom bathroom I’ve been asking for my dishwasher to be fixed since June I don’t understand why we are not able to call a plumber if the maintenance man cannot fix the problem

They don't have a manager ever in the office. I've been trying to get a apartment since the end of June. I went into the office today, because I made a appointment with this lady that was working in the office, so I showed up this morning and their was no manager just a maintenance guy which makes no sense at all. They are very unprofessional!!

Lived there for about 3 in a half years. Loud neighbors, police called every other day. Landlord Silvia was embezzling rent money. I was a victim. I was given a court date because apparently I haven't paid rent for 2 months. I won my court because they didn't show up.
