My experience with realty world was terrible I rented apartment 516 n white st Hanford for 6 months and had a mold problem when I contacted management Hallie Barnett it was no help at all no one ever came to fix the mold problem until I was already moving and ontop of that I was refused my security deposit because I terminated lease early due to Toxic black mold, Hallie told me it had been tested by a lab and wasn’t toxic and that’s the furthest explanation she gave to me other than she would reach out to landlords but they take forever to reply to her so basically she was telling me oh well… realty world didn’t send someone out until I reported them to the health department. And all they did was have handy man spray the wall with bleach to temporarily take the visibility of the mold away now the apartment is already back on the market and I have only been gone for 12 days just for warning anyone planning on renting this apartment don’t they won’t fix anything and will keep ur deposit when ur fed up and move it costed me $2,595 just to move plus paying for help to move from what I know I’m not the first person to have endured this kind of problem with realty world and this property also the furnace didn’t work and so the winter was absolutely freezing! The house has major plumbing issues and water damage

My husband and I rent through Realty World- Advantage. Our realtor Shannon Johnson went above and beyond to help us find the right house.
Some reviews have mentioned issues with repairs and the time it took for them to get done. We just recently had an issue with our electricity and our experience with getting it fixed was amazing. I contacted the property management team and there was an electrician at our door in two hours and the problem was completely resolved within 20-30 minutes of him arriving.
We will definitely be using Realty World-Advantage when we are ready to buy and look forward to working with them for years to come!

My family and I rented from Realty World Advantage for over a year and had no problems with the staff. They are very attentive and overall caring and compassionate towards their tenants. The owner of the home I was renting is another story, but Shannon and her staff were always on our side and fought for us when it came to being fair as far as us getting our deposit back. I will always be grateful to them and if I ever need to find another rental, I will definitely go back to them. Thanks ladies!

Where do I begin? I mean.....Shannon hands down gave us the best experience in purchasing our home that anyone can ask for!!!! Definitely not your average agent and exceeded our expectations by a mile!!! She always made time for us making it extremely convenient for me because I relocated from a different city and wasn’t always available because of work. Shannon was there every step of the way! She was very fast at responding to our texts, emails and calls. She went out of her way multiple times in order to get me what I wanted!!! So, I recently sold my rental home in Hanford, CA. For YEARS, Realty World - Advantage managed my property after I had used 4 other property managers in the area WITH much aggravation in attempts to keep me informed of needed attention to tenants and the property. That all changed with Realty World - Advantage under the wonderful direction of Shannon. If you are looking for a property manager in the Hanford/Lemoore area, start with Realty World - Advantage BEFORE attempting other property managers in the area. You will not be disappointed.

I reported my screen door not being able to properly lock three weeks ago and was told by this company that the deadbolt worked on the screen door. I went to make a video of how the lock on the screen door hits the door jam and locks me in. And guess what?! I locked myself in my apartment! Wouldn’t be such a big deal if I didn’t report it to the company three weeks ago. I have the emails and video to show it. Because this company will post a reply to gaslight me.
