While the office staff are wonderful and always helpful, my experience with the business owner (Robin) has been nothing short of frustrating. She is eager to rent out the spaces, but when it comes to handling necessary repairs—which are her responsibility—she is completely uncooperative. Throughout my nearly eight-year lease, I only had to request repairs four or five times, yet each time, it felt like I was asking for the impossible. The process was unnecessarily difficult and disappointing, and I’m relieved to be done with it.

Additionally, be very cautious with your security deposit. I was charged for unjustifiable expenses, including carpet cleaning for carpets that didn’t exist. When I moved in, the space had no flooring, and my business had to install it at our own expense. Despite that, I was told I could not remove the carpet upon moving out—only to be billed for cleaning it.

Furthermore, after nearly eight years in the space, I had naturally hung pictures and made necessary improvements. To be considerate, I patched the holes before leaving, only to be charged for the removal of the white spots from the patching—not for repainting, but simply for the removal of the patchwork itself. After such a long lease, one would expect that the next tenant would be painting the space, just as I had to do myself.

Over the years, I put significant money into the property, covering plumbing updates, electrical work, updated countertops, and even pigeon netting (which I was initially told wasn’t possible). Despite these contributions, I was unfairly charged for minor and questionable items. Looking back, maybe I should have sent them a bill?

If you’re considering renting through this property manager, be prepared for challenges when it comes to property maintenance and your deposit. My advice: document everything carefully and set clear expectations upfront. Or really, just don’t use them.

rented a unit for over 2 years and had issues with the owner accusing me of breaking down the front door even though i had video proof that kids did it. i made multiple different work orders through the years some of which never got fixed others took months/over a year. there was an extreme bug problem that never got resolved. and cherry on top was i gave my notice months in advance and moved out on the 1st and got charged hundreds of dollars for late move out fees. when i called to ask for a refund i got promised one by robin and then never received it in the mail and after calling and emailing multiple times she claimed she never told me she’d send me my refund. robin is unprofessional and unfriendly. bottom line there are better places

I had a horrible experience renting under them. There was an extreme pest infestation that they refused to take care of. Robins attitude about it and disposition was unbecoming for someone in that position. The situation was so extreme we had to take her to court and the judge ruled in our favor. I would not recommend going into contract with them if you're looking for quality homes.
