Had a great experience with Julian and Brian at Future Ford. I did a special order and they were great to work with. Negotiated a price I was happy with and they walked me through all the fees, for the out the door price and when the car arrived, that was the exact price I paid. No surprise last minute fees and no garbage fees.

They made me feel like they went above and beyond getting me the car I wanted at a price I was happy with.

3 times in this service my car they pretended to repair my car but the problem with the transmission was not solved. They refused warranty service, referring to some additional equipment, extorting $ 600 from me for diagnostics although the car has a valid warranty. When I refused to pick up the car because the car was not repaired by this service center, they first began to scare me with the police, I said call, we will sort it out since I turned out to pick up the car, they intentionally drove the car out of the service center and parked it in a disabled parking lot to force me to pick up my car. When I asked to give me papers with a refusal to service, they refused and refused to give papers about the work done. This is the kind of service at Future Ford Madison When I asked them not to break the law and my rights, they treated me like this and said that they didn't care. The employees of this service are not afraid to break the law, they are not afraid to violate human rights, as they say, they don’t care. I will file a lawsuit. To court and will defend my rights in court. I really hope that the relevant authorities will see this review of mine and take some measures against this service center. Because what this service center does is complete chaos and I feel like I'm going unpunished.

I had an appointment at Future Ford on a Saturday. I arrived a bit early. I was greeted immediately by friendly people who introduced me to the gentleman I had a meeting with. They quickly valued my trade in and scheduled a test drive on the vehicle I was interested in. Completed the test drive and negotiated the purchase of my new vehicle. The entire staff was the picture of professionalism and courtesy. I got a fair price on my trade in and a great deal on my new vehicle.

It was a great ride!! I enjoyed the entire time that I was there! I have bought many cars and it really didn’t take that long I was just there all day because my daughter wanted a car so I finished purchasing my car and went and got her and brought her back to get her a car and like I said it was a long great ride! I’ve had a mixed experience with Future Ford.

- Positive Aspects:
The sales team was extremely welcoming and helpful. They guided me through the purchase process smoothly and made it as easy as possible.

- Areas for Improvement:
Unfortunately, several issues fell below my expectations:

- Car Pickup Experience:
After completing all the paperwork, the car I had selected was brought to the pickup area only to discover significant damage: scratches and a broken side on the left.
The team scrambled to find a similar replacement, but this required redoing all the documents, adding an extra two hours at the dealership.
- Future Performance Service:
After purchasing several packages and upgrades (e.g., bed liners, ceramic coating, etc.), I took my F150 to Future Performance, but their communication was poor. Clear directions and details about their location were lacking.
- Upon picking up the vehicle, I found multiple issues:
The interior was still dirty, and the windows were unclear.
Stickers on the windows were placed incorrectly.
The bed liner had visible footprints, and the protective coating was poorly applied, leaving incomplete areas and noticeable stains.

Overall:
While the initial sales experience was positive, the post-purchase process and service quality need significant improvement. Attention to detail and better communication would go a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction.

I reached out to the dealership requesting a call back. I also spoke with Trevor, who, on his day off, went to the office to bring the issue to your manager's attention. However, as of today, I have not received any response, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review.

This was the best experience I’ve had buying a car since I started driving almost 30 years ago!!! These guys are beyond great!! Got me the car I wanted at the monthly payment I needed, had some great laughs with the sales rep and manager and was outta there in less than 2 hours!! I actually enjoyed it instead of being stressed out!! Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for car!!!
