Mrs. Barbra is the most professional manager I've seen in a long time. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are as nice as some I've seen for 3 times as much in the area.

A have lived here for 3 years. It has been great. Everyone is friendly and I feel like we are a real community. I have to say the office is always on point when I need anything, and the manager, Ms Barbara has been so wonderful to make sure we are well taken care off always sweet and prompt to respond to any needs. I love leaving here. I feel safe and it’s been a great environment for my children.

Many thanks to Ms. Barbara for her kindness & patience during application process! She is truly a blessing--goes out of her way to accommodate needs of the residents. Would like to extend my thanks to Jeff, also. He and Ms. Barbara were so helpful, & made me feel welcome. I love my apartment! Quiet building, with friendly neighbors. Grounds are lovely, property is well-maintained, and location is convenient. I look forward to calling Shellbrooke Pointe my home for many years!

First and foremost, Mrs. Barbara is absolutely amazing! She made my experience wonderful! She was very helpful, thorough and answered all my questions. Secondly, this apartment complex is the absolute best! It’s very well maintained and most importantly, safe! I have three children and they are SO happy here! I am beyond grateful to be here. So if anyone is considering an apartment, this is the place to be!!

My daughter and I have been living here for almost 2 1/2 years. We live in a very quiet building. Our Neighbors are very quiet. Mrs. Barbara is the sweetest and most caring apartment manager. I would recommend living here to anyone.

I am in my 6th year of living here. Ms. Barbara is a very good manager. She shows respect when she is shown respect. I have a 3 bedroom apt and it has more closet space and storage than any apartment I have ever lived in. Even more than some houses unless it has a garage. Sometimes the kids get loud playing outside but I just smile and thank God they have a safe community to play in without the parents having to hover over them. I do wish the playground was better and shaded in some areas. There are issus at times, but that happens EVERYWHERE. I can't afford a two bedroom apartment as nice as this anywhere else and I have 3 bedrooms!!
