Victoria and her team recently sold a vacant lot for me in West Sacramento. I could not be more pleased with all aspects of working with her. The property is in a transitional neighborhood with no other single family new construction. She is knowledgeable about selling lots (which is much more complicated than I knew). Even though it was a "small" sale she gave it her all--marketing widely to her extensive network of contacts. She got a great price on a surprisingly quick turn around.

Victoria sold my house and set a new record pricing per square foot for that specific neighborhood. She sold it quick and fast! We had multiple offers and closed within 21 days!!! If you want a realtor that is going to get you the most for your house call Victoria! I would recommend Victoria to anyone, she is the best!

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Gold River and the Seller's agent was Victoria Leas. When I drove into our new garage for the first time, I found stacks of wood, various tiles, many boxes of flooring, about 20 paint cans -- in fact, every cabinet was full with various materials piled along one end. The rafters were full of the Seller's items, as well, and wood pallets and old screens were piled in the side yard. To top it off, the Seller had totally butchered the closet and cabinet when he removed some type of audio equipment. The wall between the closet and adjoining cabinet was removed and the cabinet shelves had been cut so only 6" of shelf was left, so it was not usable. I called my agent, Sara Hamm of Berkshire Hathaway, and she contacted Victoria. Victoria refused to do anything about the Seller's items left, or the cabinet/closet, though it was left off of the disclosure documents. Our realtor paid to have our closet and cabinet rebuilt, and she paid to haul out the items left by the Seller. Victoria was totally unprofessional in her response! When we sold our home, our realtor stopped by to make sure we left the house clean and took our items. He consulted us about that. I was told by a neighbor that the Seller moves in to homes, renovates them, and then sells them for a profit and Victoria is his agent for all transactions. I don't know if that is true, but it could explain why she allows him to get away with tactics like this. I really appreciate Sara and Berkshire Hathaway!!
