We are sooo thankful for the staff and property manager, owner, and maintenance... When moving somewhere, there's always the question of "is this the right place for my family?" I cannot tell you from the day we came to look, to the move in day, how EXCELLENT and how KIND and how HELPFUL and how ABOVE AND BEYOND the staff here has went to make it feel like home the day we arrived. Having a 2 month old baby and him smiling and laughing for the first time EVER, (babies sense things) brought so much happiness to his dad and I life today. We could not be more impressed and more thankful for how we have been treated and welcomed and made to feel right at home. The home was so tidy and smelled so wonderful upon arrival. Everything was so so so so clean and sterilized, down to the couch cushions! I am so amazed that people are kind enough to go out of their way to make a family feel so welcomed and good about where they are moving to. It's such a settling feeling. And MAJOR thanks to KYLIE - you have been wonderful and I love the Rubber Ducky Unicorn left for our little one in the bathroom! You are such an awesome and amazing property manager, I'm so happy to be your neighbor! I actually had to throw in a photo of our littler one smiling this morning on top of some of the photos of the area! We are HOME! HAPPY! AND FEEL WELCOMED! THANK YOU SO MUCH CLAY CITY PROPERTIES!! ? YOU ARE THE BEST!

Kylie was more than amazing!!! She went out of her way to make my new home look and feel like a home. The things she went out of her way to do was my confirmation that I was at the right place. She has fixed any problems I’ve had immediately. So happy with the management and my new home ?️❤️

This place is horrible! If I could have given a negative 5 stars I would. The people that are so called management lied to me on several occasions and while I was staying there I've day a friend and I pulled up to see that women in the yellow house, Kylie and her son stealing my plants if the porch! Come to find out her and the maintenance guy Wade or Wayne idk had stolen alot of my things thinking I would be out in the boat longer so they would get away with it! DO NOT rent from this place!!! You will be sorry if you do!!

I really love my new place. Since the new management took over a lot of things have changed for the better. The manager Kylie has always been very professional and doesn't hesitate to help if needed.

I absolutely love this place honestly best neibor hood to raise children in I hate that I had to move because of my husbands work but will always temper how amazing this place was ❤️
