Don’t go to these apartments trust me there’s always kids screaming and yelling outside. The manager doesn’t really fix anything. She doesn’t care if you have bugs inside like cockroaches and ants. #🤘👍

Me and my girlfriend and children lived here for almost 3 years. Completely horrible landlord, clearly had a thing against us did not like us, accuse us of stealing a package that came to our house that was delivered to me, overcharged us for a water bill never fix anything when we asked, even when we put in notices also never gave our deposit back added charges tried to say that we had unpaid rent. Also a few times are car was hit by residence and never handled on top of that our Spot was always taken by someone when it came to parking also, she always claimed that she didn’t want to argue, but would do stuff that would lead to arguments and try to ignore the situation. What makes me really upset is she lived on site and never handle anything that residents complained about and it took her months to spray down an apartment and when they sprayed an apartment for roaches, it seem like way more came back I’m extremely disappointed in this complex I strongly urge no one to rent here and if you do make sure you’re insured and you have your own rental insurance because that’s another thing they don’t require because they’re not going to party or any stuff that is messed up. Also, our blinds were messed up the day we came in. And the door was broken and they didn’t fix it. She tried to blame the weather on the door. And that’s a serious hazard that our front door was having issues. Finally, it was fixed but it shouldn’t take a month and a half of us living there for you to fix our front door it’s outrageous. Also, this is a very very bad area to live in and we were not knowledged about it until it was too late. Also, there was a situation that happened next door where a woman and her children were killed by their father at the church next door. It was extremely traumatizing. We could hear everything also our neighbors some of our neighbors were OK but for majority, most of them were very loud and disrespectful and complain about people parking in their spot when they also they didn’t have a car for a very long time and we had two cars so we would use the spot that they had and they were banging on our door at nine in the morning about moving our car when they don’t even have a car or a guest coming over another thing that I did not appreciate were kids playing in the parking lot it’s extremely dangerous and the landlord does nothing about it and she lives on site. I always feared me accidentally running over a kid because they were literally playing my car. Also I do feel like being in this was a lot more people that were African she definitely favored a lot of those but as we left, we started to see a little bit more but still management and this place overall is horrible please, I’m warning you do not move here. It’s very disgusting and it’s annoying that someone could live on site and not handle things that need to be handled

Don't ever rent here, they don't take care of the apt, everything is out dated, they let Crack heads and heroin users smoke in the laundry mat and don't do anything to stop them. Even in broad daylight, and they over charge the rent. Maintenence won't ever come fix any problems, and if they do they charge the renter extra to attempt to fix it. Ended up with a gaping hole in the wall where the ac unit was for two months because they couldn't fix it right.

They spray but the solution is not strong enough it’s like they are spraying water the roaches return the same day
