Chad was our fantastic realtor that helped guide me and my partner through our first home purchase. He was dependable, honest, reliable, and an over-achiever. Chad helped us buy a house in the craziest housing market ever!! It took us several months from our first house tour to having our offer accepted, but Chad stayed positive and kept us going. He helped us make competitive offers, but didn't push us to make an offer we weren't comfortable with. My wife and I highly recommend Chad! He kept in close contact with us and did his best to accommodate our needs.
