I am a commercial real estate broker with over 30 years of experience. Like a good lawyer, I do not represent myself in any transactions. Dave Wells and company have done an excellent job for us in leasing, purchasing and selling our local commercial real estate. While preparing this review, I saw a poor review which is clearly bogus and laughable. There is no "Mark" Wells and no wife in the business. Shame on that reviewer.

These people (husband&wife team) directly lie and deceive.
Mark Wells led me on about a property. He assured me he was waiting for a response from the property owners. Assured me I was the only serious buyer. Assured me he would contact me as soon as he knew more. After a few weeks of not hearing anything, I touch base and get told the property is in escrow...

I also requested info and to arrange a walkthrough of another property. They still have yet to accommodate those requests.
