This business definitely picks and chooses who they want to help out/respond to. Very unprofessional. I responded to property that my partner and I could afford easily, and did what was asked to apply for the property. A worker of their’s didn’t get back to me for a week and a half, then told me the property was already taken. She tried to reach out one more time to ask if I was interested in any area other than arcata and I said yes. It’s been about a week with no response. I’m assuming they are trustifarians who started a rental business, and decided they only want to help out those who are along the same lines. I’ll be telling all my friends to be weary of this “business”.
