Within two days of our initial call to him he met us at our house in Chico and counseled us on the best way to prepare our home for sale. He also took pictures and a drone video that same day. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, with a critical eye for the small details that make a difference when staging your home.

A couple of years ago, Gary listed and sold my son's house in Elk Grove, in two days, for over the asking price.
On another occasion, he sold our rental property in Galt, during the height of Covid.
Both properties were more than an hour from his location, but he was always available to assist with staging, showings, contracts, negotiations, or whatever we needed.
