I have had the worst experience in moving out of these apartments and receiving my deposit back. I moved on 05/20 and still haven't received a check. The old apartment manager said i would be receiving it all back. There were several "utility" charges even though i paid them with rent every month. They tried to charge me for new carpet when it was used carpet 4 years ago when i moved in. They also charged me for their cleanup up crew. The new apartment manager ignored several messages for months. Then, the regional manager for the owners got involved and said I would be receiving a partial refund on 07/25. I have left her several messages and she said that she just got back from vacation she had been on since 08/08. What about the 11 days before that? So, 3 months later, I still don't have the small amount they say I am owed. This has ruined my whole experience. If you plan on using your deposit for a new place, don't! Update: That check that the regional manager said would be sent right away on 08/23 still hasn't arrived...11 days later. Even snail mail only takes a few days. What gives?

The office manager is very perky and has a good personality. The complex is very clean, and it is not a huge,apartment complex . very quiet.
Parking is easy.

Called to ask for the pricing for an apartment, the lady over the phone was VERY rude and had the biggest attitude ever. She couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Horrible customer service!
