I'm a brand new owner. The AI assistant, owner portal, and three different people have now failed to answer a simple question about the community for an entire week. I am unimpressed to say the least. No one answers. No one calls back.

We've lived here for 3 years and I do not recommend it. Huge problem with parking lot -- it's almost impossible to find a free spot for your guests if they want to stop at your place. Another big issue are pests -- for the last year there were a lot of tiny ants on our kitchen (2nd floor), many residents from 1st floor were complaining about cockroaches and that was common to see those pests running on the ground everywhere.
Also there was a negative personal experience with one of the landlords -- Sergey Pustynovich. That guy tries to be nice when you talk to him, but as long as your issue does not cause complaints from other landlords he barely pays any attention to any messages and you may be left on your own to deal with it for weeks if not months. When we finally moved out we cleaned out everything, but I haven't got my security deposit back in 21 days (which is against the law). I've asked landlord about it, he started blaming us for not cleaning the dust under(!) the fridge (that was his fridge, it has never been moved and it has never been mentioned to clean that area) and missing one spot on a baseboard in one of the rooms in a rude manner. It was like we left a huge mess there. For taking care about those few spots he deducted 80$ from my security deposit. In the end I'm just happy that me and my family moved out from this complex and I will not advice anyone to rent a place here.

It's a gated apartments, organized from the outside, pretty easy drive in but bit difficult to get out after putting in the codes. The place is organized well with the building numbers, I like how the 1st floor isn't out in the open, but closed in. I feel like it provides pretty good security.

I deleted my first initial review, to give you another chance to make things right in the future. We can have disagreements, but there shouldn’t be hostility from your end towards us members because it will be met back in the same way.

No management here so you can come on in and do what you please! People come here from others neighborhoods and have sex in the jacuzzi and pool at 2-4am on the regular. The parking is terrible! The management Is never present they don’t have anyone here to take care of business. The cameras don’t work because the pool has been vandalized before and yet still this place doesn’t have security that really do their job. I regret purchasing a 2bedroom condo here it’s gone downhill and the people who live here (Russians) are very ignorant about what their children do here. Your car can be damaged by these kids and I tried to speak to their parents, they said “go f yourself” multiple times. I regret to inform you but yes these condos do look nice but nobody here cares and there have been stabbings and major fights here because that’s how things get dealt with here. I live here for 6 mounts, my car got broke in to and stripped 2 times already. There are video cameras but where all crime happen they are not installed. I've been told by neighbors that a week before I moved here someone cut and stole many cattalic converters of many vehicles.
Security is coming to apartments 2-3 times a day (drive by) so there is no security here. I regret moving here, looking to move out as soon as possible.

Because he was being disrespectful
later after leaving you and him told me “you are nothing, no body’
And, that’s when I said “same to you “
I never meant insult any one
I will bring this up to our HOA meeting
I’ll ask BOM
to contact the home owner xxx
to attend the meeting
The board members has been trying really hard since last September 2021
to bring this place back together and create a SAFE , CLEAN community for the residence,
