I totally love this place. My apartment is beautiful and felt like home from the beginning. The lady's working in the office are always friendly and welcome any questions. Maintenance is very quick at responding to any concerns. The grounds are peaceful to walk through. I feel very at home here. Love my home here

This is one of the few decent areas in Sacramento. The streets are clean. I feel pretty safe.Mgmt is professional and efficient in resolving issues. Apartment was presentable. Spare bdrm is very small.

I've been at The Legacy for 3 years now and I've yet to have anything to complain about. Any issues that happened to come up were temporary since they were immediately addressed. The entire staff is very professional and they all work hard to communicate with their current tenants as well as potential tenants. The only true issue that's a hard one to resolve is the availability of parking, or lack there of. You have all the amenities you would expect from a beautiful community and they do a wonderful job of keeping the grounds clean and nicely landscaped. It's up to each person in the community to help keep the shared areas clean for everyone.

After several years in one unit, I'm just getting settled in to one of the newly renovated units and I LOVE all of the simple clean lines and modern finishes. Soooo easy to call this place home! ♥

FAST FORWARD another year at The Legacy Apartments and if anything I’m both happy and sad.

Parking issues are a thing of the past! The cockroach issues I’ve read about and experienced… well, let’s be realistic. They do everything they humanly possibly can to control the issue and there is only so much they CAN do and it’s helped, HOWEVER, tenants should also be mindful of their own cleanliness in and outside of the units in order to not attract those nasty little guys.

Also, residents now have their own designated/assigned parking spaces. Yessss!!!

The staff continues to be amazing, especially throughout the pandemic. -Danielle- has especially been an amazing, supportive, hard-working, professional and caring part of what has made living here an all-around great experience. I don’t know how she does it, but I hope she knows (and is shown) just how much she’s appreciated!

Oh, yeah… but the sad part is that I’m going to miss living here now that I’m moving to southern CA. So, if you’re shopping around and read reviews like I do to help with decision-making, I really and truly recommend The Legacy Apartments. NO place is “perfect”, but I wouldn’t change a thing about the decision to move here some years ago. I hope you find this update review helpful.

The new manager has been super helpful in fixing my hot water. Quick and timely. The grounds are always clean, and the neighbors are super nice. I've lived in a lot of apartments, I don't plan on leaving any time soon

The Legacy is a great place to live, especially for families. They have wonderful amenities such as a pool and spa that is open year round with two gas barbecues, a gym, garages and a playground . It has recently been remodeled, the units are absolutely beautiful that include updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, new flooring and venetian blinds . The management and their customer service is remarkable. They are efficient, accommodating and always have smiles on their faces. The grounds are well maintained and stunning there are plenty of trees and greenery with a cobblestone roundabout. It is quiet, has ample and convenient parking. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion. The Legacy is a great place to live if you are looking for an awesome rental experience.

While our experience is still new, we have had nothing but exceptional service and correspondence. Stephanie and Brandi have been absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! We had a house fire back in February so we have been in a hotel the last two months. We have had no luck with rental housing so we tried apartments. They were able to get us in right away. They have been so flexible and accommodating. So far, it has been great customer service. They are really wanting to work with you. The grounds and units look to be well kept and they are top of making sure everything works properly. With all of the other things going on, they have really put our minds at ease so we can go back to feeling somewhat normal.

I have not had to live in an apartment for over 15 years. I was getting my home built so my family had to get real cozy for about 8 months by moving here. When I tell you Ms. Stephanie is amazing, I truly mean it!! She was nothing but professional , understanding and courteous the entire time. She and her team met all of the needs we had during our stay there. I would recommend this place for sure!

The worst three years of my life were spent here. I had a phyco downstairs neighbor that kept making my life miserable, I worked at night and was never home during the nighttime, but my neighbor insisted that I was making too much noise at night and she couldn't sleep. These complaints became a weekly occurrence I would have a violation posted on my door. I explained to the management that I work at night and it would be impossible for this to happen since nobody is home, so this stopped for awhile. Then one day I'm coming home and I park my car and the security guard blocked me in and followed me up to my apartment to tell me there has been a noise complaint, and started making threats. I explained to him that nobody was home and you know this because you literally stalked me till I got home to tell me this. I told him he was harassing me and needed to leave. This later escalated to where my neighbor was vandalizing my car during the night I asked the apartment managent to let me out of my lease because I no longer felt safe and they refused. And not to mention that the hot water and the heat barely worked for the price of rent here it was ridiculous what you have to put up with here. I wish I could have moved sooner. Good riddance
