Customer Care warranty department: 2 stars Buyer beware. Thought it would be different experience dealing with a local builder but turns out to be the typical nonresponsive warranty department. Left a voicemail, weeks ago, requesting a callback, no response. Sent a follow - up email last week, requesting a call back to discuss an issue, still no response. Called the main office phone number, nobody answers. Not sure where the customer care is. Definitely taints the whole experience.
