Karen is a top-notch Real Estate Broker Associate. She is an outstanding communicator; answering every question in a timely fashion
She worked hard to help get my property in a condition where it could be sold. She is extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods where she has property listed. She has developed relationships with local trades people to help get property in a condition where it can be sold for a fair and reasonable price. In my case She also located the buyer as well as writing the listing. Karen did an outstanding job marketing m y property and working within timeframe. I would recommend her and use her again. Karen is a great realtor and was refreshingly down to earth compared to some (all) other realtors I had met with. She answers your phone calls, speaks to you as a friend would, is willing to speak to you directly if she feels a house is not worth your time (or safety), and was patient in explaining so many things to me, since I was a first time home buyer. Karen represented me and an investment partner on two separate sales. She is incredibly diligent, leaves no stone unturned, and communicates
regularly every detail, or just to keep in touch, letting us know that she is constantly on the job. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and always made a point to be sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the details of the sales. I recommend her highly. My only regret is that I've never had the pleasure of meeting her in person, but that is due to the fact that we are many miles apart. I hope that in the future, should I pass through her area, I may have the opportunity to visit her and thank her in person.
