I live down the hill and was tasked with selling my parents property in Apple Valley. I was fortunate to come in contact with a Real Estate Agent who was very familiar with and spoke very highly of Omar Alfaro with exp Real Estate Group in Hesperia.
I called Omar, explained my situation to him and made an arrangements to meet with him. On our first contact, Mr. Alfaro came prepared with valuations of similar properties and told me what price range I was looking at from low to high end. I was impressed with not only his ready to do business attitude, but his friendliness and confidence in his ability to find a buyer for a nice piece of property.
Within the first week, Omar informed me there was a potential buyer eager to make an offer. Within a week and a half we had received multiple offers and after two weeks the property sold for a very impressive amount.
