Outstanding experience with Justin as our mortgage broker. Very knowledgeable, works efficiently, manages the process really well, excellent communication on all aspects without feeling that you are getting inundated with texts and emails. Extremely personable individual who makes you feel that you have a trusted advisor at your side all the time. Got us competitive financing in a time when interest rates are higher than anyone would really like. Was able to help us get an increase in our pre-approval threshold when it was clear we were going to be in a multiple bidder situation. We didn't end up needing the higher pre-approval but it was very reassuring that we had it going into the bidding process. Highly recommend.
