I called twice over a two week period. Neither time was the phone answered. I left two voicemails asking for my call to be returned. I have not been called and it has been three months. This is not the type of person I would entrust to manage my property and I would recommend everyone to look for someone more accessible and responsive.

I have had 2 Rivers Properties manage my duplex for 18 months and they have done an excellent job.
