The sweet lady we spoke to this morning was so helpful and kind. We had already called 4 other gas businesses trying to figure out who services our area in Locust Fork. She was the first person who spoke to us nicely and seemed like she actually wanted to help us solve this mystery. She even called Marshall County for us to verify that they service our area. There's a problem with the ladies who answer the phone. You get a different answer to the same question each time you call. As the old saying goes, the head doesn't know what the tail is doing. I don't know if it's bad leadership or poor training.

Very friendly and a accommodating. I would give 5 stars, but I have to pay $50 to start service for a guy to use a water key, I currently have myself to turn on the water.

Charges you a dollar if to look up your bill if you forget to bring it in. Is that not the most tackiest policy that I ever heard. Makes you feel like your a child being punished.
