Nothing but the best things to say about our experience with Brian and Christina! When we first reached out to Brian we explained that it was our first home purchase and he proceeded to lay out our options in great detail to help us get a firm grasp on the process. This was very reassuring, but this wasn't the only time. Brian regularly answered all of our questions with the same patience and detail as they came along.

Christina possessed all the same qualities of Brian when it came to real estate side of things and it was always nice to see them when we would look at homes together. Something I always appreciated about Christina was her commitment and flexibility, able to schedule homes we were interested in seeing that we would bring up at the last minute.

After a couple of months we found the home we had been looking and hoping for. My wife and I sincerely appreciate them and all the hard work they put in for us and our family.

Brian was extremely responsive and proactive throughout the process of buying our home. We had an accelerated close and Brian easily met every deadline of our contract ahead of time. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future when we are able to refinance. His rates and fees were also lower than lenders we had shopped.

They received an almost immediate response from him and this was around the Holidays. If he couldn't take care of something right away he always responded with a time frame for getting back to us (he was also traveling for the Holidays). We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He kept my buyers, myself as the buyers' agent, and the seller's agent in the loop on every step. I also feel like the constant communication kept the seller's agent very happy. Amazing!

We recently used Brian the home loan guy to process a HELOC. We tried to use a few local banks to no avail. The local banks had a ton of red tape. As soon as we started the process with Brian we noticed a huge difference. No red tape and I felt like I was dealing with a friend not some snooty banker. The process was so fast and incredibly easy. I never write reviews but for this experience I had no choice. If you’re considering a refinance or a HELOC please don’t miss out, and use Brian. You won’t be disappointed.
