She was the selling agent on a house I bought. After closing I went by the home to check it out. The house was a disaster. Things were not repaired that had been noted as repaired. I spent the first 3 weeks moving things out of the house and hauling things to the dump. I had not been informed the house was going to be left in such a way. I called her to inform her of the nightmare it had been and she told me she would mail me a gift card for the troubles...I guess she must have forgotten the address to the house she sold for her client, because I never received it. NOTE to response: NO receipts were given to me with numbers. I understand a walk through would have been an acceptable answer to knowing what nasty condition I was walking in to, but I did not see that necessary as I had been there prior to the previous owner moving out and it was told everything would be taken care of and moved out. If I had completed a walk through and requested those things be taken care of, it most likely would have been handled just as the "repairs" were handled that were requested...which is not at all. I wish I could leave negative stars. Ugh!
