Update: since the company is blissfully unaware of the nature of the problem, I'll explain it. One of the huge selling points of a home in a gated community is that you don't have to deal with people going door to door, disturbing you, leaving leaflets on your doorstep, etc. Almost any realtor would tell that to prospective homebuyers, not try to make a mockery of the concept.

I've been in my home for 29 years. In that time, there might have been one or two others like him, but I can assure you that other agents know better. And if they were confronted, they'd likely apologize, not go on an arrogant rant about how they are doing me a favor by violating laws against trespassing. HOAs know the law and what signs are needed to make it clear that it's illegal.
