We greatly enjoyed our time with Alyssa! She was very professional and super friendly. She was always quick to respond to me when ever I would ask any questions, for disclosures ( which I asked for A LOT, so I could decide if it was worth viewing the house in person or not) , to book viewings, anything at all she respond within 5 minutes which was awesome for such a hot market where everything was selling so quick, it was important to be quick on homes we liked. She would even send us listings that were not yet listed publicly which gave us a head start on the viewings which was really important. We we home shopping during covid and there were no open houses at the time and they were all selling extremly fast. But she was super helpful in getting us in to the homes we were interested in and was always available for whatever was lost convenient for us. She spent a good amount of weekends with us showing us houses in the area we were looking and would also message me when a house would come on the market she thought we would like. Anything we wanted to know more about a property she would find out within the day and provide us all the info we needed to make decisions. After a lot of home tours with her, we finally found the one. We tried not to get our hopes up since verything was selling over asking price, but after some negotiations, we ended up the home of our dreams thanks to Alyssa and all her hard work. We still keep in touch and she checks in with me and even had some recommendations for contractors for some work we needed done on the house we purchased. We are thankful to have had such a great experience with home buying because I have heard stories of how hard it is to get a house during these crazy times. I will definitely use her again for any future property endeavores. I highly recommend her!
