Nicole helped us buy our first California house. Through all the ups and downs, she was there for us, giving us great advice and honest feedback. While we lived there, she was our go-to "first call" whenever we wanted to find an electrician, or another contractor to help us update the place. We valued her help so much, we asked her to help us sell that house a few years later. She was fabulous! My wife Irene and I began passively looking for a house and reached out to Nicole to help us. Right away she jumped into action and started finding houses that matched our asks for us to view/visit. Nicole is great! We worked with her on closing two homes and in two different markets. She was very communicative, proactive, and creative in helping close our transaction. She is also very good person for any seller to brainstorm on constraints, scenarios, and how to think about closing.
