I would give Amber Realty -negative5 stars if I could. We hired Laura Eisbach as a property manager and she consistently committed violations of contract throughout the year that she worked for us. The tenants AND the landlord would have to wait anywhere between 6 weeks up to 3 months to even get a response from her. When we would finally get a hold of her, she could never answer any of our questions or grievances, always saying that her assistants are the ones that handle that part of the business. I don’t even know what she was managing because it sounds like her assistant does everything for her. Impossible to reach and has little to no knowledge of the properties she is managing. All in all, horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend Laura or Amber Realty to anyone. For your own sake, search elsewhere or manage it yourself.

This business is discriminatory, unprofessional, and appears to be more of a scam. After applying for a rental they repeatedly texted me one issue after another with my application. We meet every qualification and somehow they were unsatisfied. I truly believe it’s because my fiancé is Mexican. The lack of communication was the most frustrating part, if you don’t want to rent to us say that, but don’t waste our time.
