I pick up and deliver good from the majority of restaurants in this area. I spend endless hours there waiting for deliveries. Although that area has slowed down dramatically as far as getting orders , it's a nice area. Clean and not overrun with transients like many areas I've been to. You can come here and most people that visit here are nice people. I know many many owners and employees of most of those businesses after 7 years of picking up food from them. I like the people and always have a nice experience no matter where I go in this area. Take care out there everyone. God bless.

I feel the owner of the property cared little about its appearance. During the Christmas season it lacks decorations. The sidewalks tend to be dirty. So many shopping areas look nice and inviting. Jess. Ranch Market place is so lacking.

What's not to love? They have my favorite grocery store, Winco. They also have a Target, a Dollar Tree, Burlington, Petsmart and a good variety of restaurants.

I like Jess ranch, traffic is always thick in this area but the variety of shops is great, they keep it fairly clean in the surrounding area, homeless live under the bridge there but they are mostly harmless

WinCo has the best prices in grocery stores that I found in this region. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and reasonably priced there's a large variety of foods. And prices are great if you don't mind packing your own groceries in bags. I bought the canvas bags and we use them. They're easier to lift and sturdier than the plastic bags

Very nice , well lit and clean area. A plethora of eateries and a great grocery place , WinCo. Very inexpensive and clean with a bulk food section. Clothing stores, theater (closed at this time due to pandemic) Best Buy, Ulta beauty, Dennys, Cinemark, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. Security does drive around as well. Come by you'll save money by not having to travel very further to get what you need. Also Petsmart and sushi reasturants and fast food. I very well lit shopping center and a Burrlington coat factory. One atop shopping center.

I believe Jess Ranch is the new more practical version of a mall. Victor Valley Mall is outdated and impractical. Yesterday when I went to Jess Ranch, I went to BofA, WinCo, 99 Cent Store, and Panda Express. It is very convenient to have a wide variety of discount, banking, service, and markets all in a centralized location. The parking is ample, but unfortunately they have an the common issue of panhandling taking place. All the common stores are located within Jess Ranch or on the adjacent corners. Excellent planning on the part of the developers.
