I had the most beautiful home built by Deserada, and when people would visit us, they would say how amazing this house looked. The floor plan of this Deserada home was perfect for our 4 teenage kids, and for hosting large family gatherings. The entire building process was very smooth, and the quality of my home was so impressive. From my experience living in my Deserada home for over 11 years, Deserada has extremely high quality building standards and uses the very best materials. Wish I could have kept the home because it is the best built home I have ever had, but I had to sell it due to relocation. However, I would definitely use Deserada again to build a home in the High Desert, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home builder.

Deserada builds beautiful quality homes!! Our journey started two years ago when we first toured their model home, thereafter we knew a Deserada home was the right choice for us. Our Deserada home was just completed. It was our first time building, so we were nervous. They were knowledgeable, kind and so extremely helpful throughout the process. Their sub contractors are absolutely amazing as well. The quality of work they do is obvious every step of the way. From the very beginning Deserada helped in every way possible. Deserada’s team and sub-contractors went above and beyond from always keeping us informed to being very friendly to us and our children. Deserada has built 3 homes for my family! First my parents home back in the early 2000, second my first new construction in 2015, and third my second new construction just recently! We checked with other builders along the way and no one compares to the service and quality Deserada has provided! I would definitely go back for my 4th new construction with them if that time came. Built within the time frame given originally and can't find any issues with my current new construction.

Don't use them! At whatever cost!!! Do not use them!!! They don't honor anything in contracts and did the worst, most shoddy work I've ever seen! You have been warned.
