Lorena Saval! This is who you need to ask for, for all of your auto insurance needs! I was paying $600 for car insurance with Geico. I just figured that is how much insurance cost… No!! Lorena couldn’t believe that amount and told me, absolutely not, I got you! She cut that number by more than half, for multiple vehicles (full coverage) and home insurance! Anytime I had a question or needed something, I called her and she took care of it in less than 24hrs. I received a text that everything was done, that easy! I was use to calling 800 numbers, getting frustrated with automated lines, having to wait on hold. But more than anything, I feel safe with Lorena. I trust her. Hello, I was a client of this office for more than 10 years, my houses, my cars and my life insurance was all with you guys. at first their were other agents working there really welcoming and nice but after a while new agents came in like ellie the Lady that is now in jackies position and karla don't have any patience to treat clients I would ask karla something and she wouldn't Give me any answers and after she wouldn't answer my questions she would say "Anything else I can help you with?" with an attitude like if she was in a hurry and wouldn't answer the questions I would have about my policy and With Ellie when she was just a new agent there I asked her once if my discount for the house was in the system and she said "you don't qualify for that discount" and I asked her nicely if she could please check again because in my mind I thought it was already in the system for some time now. and I finally convinced her to ask Jackie and then Jackie told her that I do qualify but if I didn't insist Ellie to check again it would of ended off at I didn't qualify. around 2 weeks ago again I asked her if she could do a change in the policy and she told me the exact same thing without checking on the computer that she was unable to do the change and I told her can you please double check and she tells me " I know what im saying and I am unable to do that" again she is not nice and she doesn't have any patience I didn't want to tell you anything Carol because you would of offered to help me personally but you aren't there all the time to help me for a change and the agents that are their like Karla and Ellie won't answer my questions as a client/ costumer its like they are in a hurry.

I never knew what their lunchtime was so I wouldn't have to go and it would be closed for a hour and come back one day I went at 1:30 pm thinking it was after lunchtime and it was closed I came back at 2 pm and it was also closed I left and came back at 2:30pm and it was finally open and I while I was there about my policy I made a comment saying I came like 3 times and it wasn't open and with a angry tone a agent said " we closed for lunch"

I decided to switch agencies, I wanted to put this review out because to be honest this agency to me is not the same that it was before with the way they treat their clients.
