Came here to look at modular homes. And they brought me one of the nicest kindest professional sales man I ever met. Butch cotton.

Love the tour, explained everything perfectly. And they had two big wooden chairs outside probably the only two that could my big self into.

Beautiful set up homes are awesome. Worth checking so e of the best deals when it comes to housing.

They may be the most popular agent for mobile home, but be careful and try to record all their promises during the sales stage in writing with their signature, or anything you can do to have a good backup of conversation with sales rep, so they can’t twist their words later. They tend to close the deal quickly but poorly deliver their sales promises afterward. It’s not an ethical business.

Their agents were very good but the contractor was very very bad, they didn’t even help us with our complaints and they didn’t even bother to fix it! Once they gave you the keys you’re on your own!

My Mother and I stepped in to view a few of the homes and was met with some of the nicest people. With no questions we were lead to the homes and free to look at all of them for as long as we wanted. the manufactured homes are so beautiful and at a great price. Every one was so helpful. my experience was wonderful.
