This place is sketchy. They had us rush to put a down payment down on a place before our application was even approved to try and steal it from someone else who magically put it in before us. Then the application approval agent took four days off.

We didn’t get the place due to our own faults but it was a nightmare getting out $1450 deposit back. Apparently they have only one person in the entire place that can return money. That person also took a long weekend.

We were dealing with Karen and were told she would let us know when we could get our money back. We went to the office and didn’t wait for them to decide to give us our money back. Took them 20 minutes to write a check giving us our money back.

Glad our application was denied this place would be a nightmare to rent from.

So, I’m seeing the reviews posted and understand why I can’t get a reply now.
I called and have spoken and emailed one of your agents regarding my husband transferring as a supervisor to the railroad there and explained that with our house selling we were in a time crunch.
Put in a application on a home, others were in so I knew I may not get it.
My realtor had me email this person regarding the property since if we didn’t get it, she could set us up with someone who could help us and nothing back.
I’d pay attention to ratings if transferring to the area and considering a place. No interaction and after contacting other rental agency’s I actually found people who’d listen to our situation and help.
Highly unprofessional to leave people hanging and not bother with a two minute phone call.

I've been trying to contact them for two weeks. Karen answered the phone once and e-mailed me an application and now I cant get a hold of her again! I wanted to schedule a viewing and she never returned my call. I was really interested in renting a home in SVL but she won't even answer a text message. Unprofessional.

*BEWARE**
The "optimum property management " in Hesperia CA ( main st. By E ave).....Is a Nightmare.
Staff never answers the phones.
They are extremely / unessasairly rude.
RENTERS BEWARE.
They will try to rip you off.
Question EVERYTHING when they try to charge you more then the aggreed monthly rent.
They say 'rent is due the first but you have till the 5th' then they'll tell you your late if the 5th was on a weekend.
They are quick to tell you that you owe $$$ but they dont seem to be as quick or " know anything" when you question why.
BEWARE OF THESE SCAM / CON ARTISTS.

Iv literally been calling for a month straight and get forwarded to voice-mail of "Elisha elenger" everytime, obviously with the reviews and the all around poor customer service, no one takes their job there seriously enough to stay open much longer

Very rude owners dont speak english cant communicate with them and they are thw only ones that do the repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTING A UNIT IN APPLE VALLEY ON YAKIMA
