Don't use this property management company. They will take your money for no reason. I updated all the toilets and ceiling fans and electrical outlets and switches and
window coverings and they made up a story about not being able to have locking interior doors knobs which is a croc. And they charged me $600 out of my security deposit for that and cleanup which I had done prior to leaving and left receipts and the place was spotless compared to when we moved in. We were the only tenants to pay rent during covid and this company still screwed us over. Just beware.

I absolutely love the work Z Property Management does for me with my rental property in the High Desert! I don't live in the area but have a couple properties and my vacancies are almost always filled instantly and they communicate with me so well to keep me posted on anything and everything going on with my renters. If only they could manage my properties back home here in Florida, I would do it in a heartbeat!

This management property has been the absolute worst i've partnered with. The tenant they recommended for my home was a tremendous upset since Z Property terminated my contract, leaving me to solemnly deal with the tenant's contract. As the perspective of a homeowner, i was not helped at all and am very dissatisfied with there concern for their clients.

Over one week ago I attempted to contact this company. With my husband transferring with the railroad (18 years employment over 6 figures) we need a place to rent while OUR HOUSE SELLS in Reno, NV.
I talked to a Marilyn or Karen and was told they had a house coming up on a lake and they’d check back with me by last Monday regarding places. Not a word a week later.
We have also requested information on various websites never to get a reply on rentals.
I’d think we’d fall well in the qualified tenant category making around 10 times the average rent but, it’s unfortunate no one wants to bother calling.
I double checked and it was Marilyn that said she’d return my call.

I had paid my deposit on a property through "Coldwell Bankers"... yet at the last minute, they claimed the home was sold (DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..(sips tea..lol).
.......Zproperty management came through like "wonder woman!!!" (I say wonder woman due to the awesome Mrs/Ms Mariliyn). She processed my application and within 4 days (weekend had passed also my wisdoms were removed that friday...otherwise I'm sure the timeframe would've been earlier), I was approved for a very nice rental ...no funny business like Coldwell Banker and not ran down!
Her son is the one that shows the properties so I would like to thank him as well! P.s
Had a few minor concerns...they were addressed within the following 2 weeks!!!

Update: upon moving from the property, z realty held my full rental deposit and terminated contract with the owner of the property. The owner then sold the property so im awaiting a court hearing on z property.
