I wish I didn’t have to give any star! Called and ask about the storage and told the girl about my issue she said ok come down to see what we can do by the way she new I came from Texas cause I told her before I got there ! So I Get there walk up and the guy showed me a unit and went back to the office said I’ll take it only to get turn down all because I have a Texas license!! I have everything showing that I am just moving here ! Just to put it out there me and my kids r homeless but have the little money to put the things we have on us safe in a storage I don’t understand why nothing I had on me was good enough and I ask to talk to a supervisor and he told me I couldn’t talk to the supervisor. He was the only person that I could talk to that didn’t make sense I don’t understand why it’s an issue . The storages are not even all that in great shape, but I am not picky. I would imagine you would want customers then told me to get somebody else with a California ID to come and rent the unit for me which I don’t know very many people out here and anybody that I know I wouldn’t trust them to put their name under my stuff then he told me to go get a temporary ID that doesn’t make sense to me all I need to do is just put my things safe. God please help this place and if there’s a supervisor other than Paul please give me a call, you should help people not turn them down !

Great place, all the staff is super nice and friendly. The units and facility is always well maintained and clean and have the best rates . Yes, you must check in and out but honestly I don't mind it takes literally 1 min to do and it makes me feel safer knowing that they are aware of who is in the facility . Definitely would recommend .

Went to access my storage unit today. The management had placed one of their locks on it and no one was in the office to resolve the problem. Waited about 10-15 minutes before returning home. Finally got through to their office an hour later, explained the situation briefly. The man interrupted me to ask if we had paid our bill. We had and I told him so. He asked again and I confirmed. He then said, "You know what? I don't even care." and hung up on me.

For full disclosure, I admit my tone indicated I was a little annoyed, but I was not rude. I did not waste his time. I did nothing that warranted being hung up on.

So, you can decide. Is that the way you like to be treated? Didn't really make my day.

I have had all my most important sentimental valuables here for over seven years now and I have never had a problem with anyone breaking into my storage and that is because the security in this place is spectacular. I have never had a problem with anyone just a lots of help. I wanted to down size but they said I was getting the promotional deal after seven years, I had other storage units but this place was the cheapest but most of all I have felt very secure here that is just my honest opinion. Thanks Mini Storage

This place has the worst customer service ever! My bill is due today 8-01-20 I already planned on paying my bill later tonight so I go in to the storage place expecting to be able to get into my storage to find out they already have their own separate lock locked on my storage which when I go to the office to figure out why they would lock it at 6:00am they dont even open to 9:00am the guy in office was very rude and couldnt even give me a explanation or even try to hear me out I am so unsatisfied with this storage place. I honestly dont understand how they consider me to be late if I dont pay right at 12:00am who does that! I hope Paul the manager who was not in today will have some answers for me when I call in morning.
