This was our third transaction with Gary and each time has been an excellent experience. Gary is very thorough with options and provided clear specifics of the transactions. He even sent videos with Excel breakdowns making the transaction more personalized. Nice professional approach!

Fida Fund is very easy to work with. They're very easy to understand and will not ask you to perform financial gymnastics to get a lower point - deposit a certain amount until closing and maintain an account with the bank blah blah blah... Their fees are transparent and their quotes are fast and up to date. I compared between several different brokers and banks before I went with Fida. My rationale for choosing Fida - 1)they have the lowest rate 2)quick response and always have the customer's best interest in mind. They modeled different scenarios for me based on 30 fix, 15 fix and others I requested for. I learned a lot about mortgages and personal finances throughout the process.
