If you want someone great to work with call Mark
Mark is extremely knowledgeable and will find you the best loan for you, not for him. In this most recent case, he actually told me to try another lender that might have had better rates. After talking to lender, I went back to Mark because I knew he could get the loan done in the timeframe I needed. I have already worked with him on two previous loans and will work with him on all of my future loan needs.

Mark was determined and as close to a miracle worker as one can get. After a number of failed attempts to get information from our servicer regarding our pay history Mark finally broke down the wall and found someone to give us our pay history. From the start his logical, common-sense thinking is what set this whole process apart. While there were bumps in road he kept at it until we got it done. Mark kept us informed, he COMMUNICATED, was on the ball every step of the way. We cannot say enough about our experience or Mark.
