We just closed on our first property with the help of Tom and Candy. Tom was so knowledgeable and kindly answered every question I had without ever making me seem like a bother. He always gave it to us straight and made us feel that he had our best interest in mind through the entire process. I have to give major kudos to Candy, she helped me organize and ensure all our paperwork was completed as necessary and directed us to do exactly what was needed for the loan to be approved.
