Steve Dominguez was the loan officer for our purchase of a house in Shadow Hills. My grand son(first time home buyer) and I purchased the property together and the loan was rather complicated. Steve was most patient with me as I am rather technologically challenged. We had a very short escrow and we were able to close in 30 days in spite of my difficult and very long tax return.
