I called and talked to the Onsite Manager. Qwen. She was super nice, super professional. She could answer all my questions. She understood. Life was really stressful right now and was very knowledgeable on what apartments were available. What apartments will come up available made it easy to start the application process. I’m a professional woman who works with the public and I liked the way she communicates with the public and people coming in. The apartment complex looked very clean and organized and I appreciated that. I will absolutely recommend this manager and this apartment complex to be heard and helped

We are current tenants of an ENG property and so far, so good. Going thru the rental process we worked with Sharlotte. When emailing or calling her she always responded right away. The whole process was fast and easy with her. When speaking to her about a few minor fixes that were needed she took care of the work orders and the jobs were done the next day. She isn't even the assigned property manager for our rental but she continues to help us out and we are so grateful for that!
