I had an excellent experience with Cabrillo Properties! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and responsive especially Nathan and Bianca. Cabrillo Properties located in Imperial Beach, San Diego, CA, Has been welcoming residents since December 2024. Nestled in the quiet surroundings of Imperial Beach, this iconic development is poised to become the ultimate destination for those who crave the vibrancy of brand new homes with all appliances brand new, private space, personal backyard, and attached garage parking. This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful.
I had a great, positive experience with Ms. Shannon, one of the wonderful property managers. On the tour she was informative and friendly; she and other staff made the application, and signing process straightforward, efficient, and quick; and Ms. Shannon was flexible, accommodating, and effective with all plans for the move-in.
During the move-in day, I was greeted by friendly, supportive, and patient service, even walking me to every spot (doors to prop open, my mailbox and parking spot, and testing every key). Their services have been top-notch. So far maintenance, too, has been responsive, communicative, effective, flexible, and creative in its problem-solving.
The experience here has been great, and everyone has communicated quickly, effectively, and in a consistently friendly manner. High competence, and professionalism throughout, so helpful and comforting during the transition of a move!
Overall, I love it here and would highly recommend Cabrillo Properties to anyone looking for an amazing, safe, and quiet place to call home.

Not a good property. Hot water will work sometimes other times it won’t, Minimal street parking, and not very safe area. We live behind an alley and I’ve found drugs in our parking spaces. All issues have been addressed with management
