Horrible service! Michael Lupia fudged numbers on documents and in the middle of the process he sends an email to advise that they cannot proceed with the loan. Michael was good about communicating throughout the process until things went sour. The most unprofessional thing that he could have done was send my realtor an email and tell her that I am CRAZY. Michael then proceeded to go back and forth with me on emails in regards to me trying to get detailed information as to why the deal fell thru. Michael should have been honest in the beginning and advised that he simply could not get me funded instead of having me out money down and spend sending him numerous documents for no reason. Horrible process that ended up having me and my family in between houses. Luckily, we found a better company to work with. I definitely would not recommend Sunshine mortgage cause there is nothing sunny and bright about Michael Lupia. Michael if you happen to read this or this is forwarded to you. you can be a very awesome person and have a better review if you practice on being more professional. Try not to argue and be nasty in emails with customers.
