Teri and Taylor have managed my property since 2/2015 and have done a very good job overall. We have had a grand total of two tenants since then, keeping turnover costs down, certainly not an easy task in the area that my condo is in. They also have (reasonably) raised the rent several times based upon the going rates in the area, which has helped increase the value on my investment. I have used Parker Properties for many years for management of a condo unit I rent out. Teri and her team take on the headaches for me. They find good renters, collect the rent, and deal with any late payments. They address maintenance problems with the tenant, find the appropriate service provider and get the work done. Every year they check the fire and CO2 alarms. At tax time, they give me a statement with the breakdown of income and expenses. It has been a relief having them and well worth the cost of their services.
