Giles is the consummate professional and he did an amazing and thorough job for us in our recent home purchase in Orlando. But he also took customer service to a higher level by answering our questions and helping us follow up on loose ends, even when beyond the typical role of a mortgage broker. I would recommend Giles to anyone purchasing a home in Florida! He showed up for us where our realtor was lacking. She had given up on the sale and Giles pushed through, working all night to complete the requirements for our loan, even though it was not his job to do so, and made it happen, and on time! This was a small mortgage loan for a condo for our son, and if he is willing to put in this much effort for us, he will do this for every client. I can't say enough good things about Giles. He always answers the phone, or calls back immediately. You will never be waiting on Giles for an answer!

I know this review is a few months overdue but I’d be remiss if I didn’t share the wonderful experience my wife and I had working with Giles and his amazing team at Florida Mortgage Providers. From day one back in 2021 when we first met, Giles really made us feel warm and welcomed. After calling around to several companies looking for a construction to perm loan product that would work with our complicated situation of being self employed, Giles was the one that cared the most and went the extra mile. We weren’t just clients to him, especially in what we called the dog eat dog housing boom era, we were like family. He guided us through the entire process from A-Z which could have also been a nightmare considering the scrutiny and microscope most small business owners are placed under.

Giles knew all of the proper steps we needed to take to have our ducks in a row and never wavered in his due diligence towards us. He was always pleasant to talk to, empathetic and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in the lending/mortgage space. He even checked-on us outside of normal business hours and weekends just to see how we were doing. Things like that you just never forget and wholeheartedly appreciate. Just an extremely super nice real gentleman, and I mean that a million times over!!!! It’s not an easy thing putting all of the puzzle pieces and essentials together when building a custom home, but having Giles and his team on our side made everything burden-free. Needless to say it took 14 months to build the house due to the builder and material shortages, nevertheless it took less than a few weeks to close the loan. 😂😂😂That’s just the nature of the game how it goes!!

We just wished we had met Giles sooner, but it was all worth it in the end!!! Most of all we’ve developed a great friendship that will last for lifetime. Giles, you are truly an amazing person and we will forever be grateful to you for your super hard work and sincere efforts in making this all possible!! It’s always a pleasure to speak with you. We’ll definitely do this again down the road my friend, especially for our Multifamily projects.
