Mary and her team were great and made the mortgage and home buying experience as easy as it can be . I live in California and bought my first investment property in Florida, Mary was great and she was always on top of things. She always responded to emails within less than 24 hours, Even sometimes I got emails and calls at 11PM EST for urgent matters. More importantly she never misled me with anything , she gave me her best rate and costs without any surprises when we got to closing. I am already looking for other properties and and won't go with anyone else. Mary and her Team deserve more than 5 starts , therefore, they are A++ team.

Review Update... Sixty days after our closing an issue came up. We received a cancellation notice from our Homeowners Insurance Co. because of non-payment of the premium due. I also noticed that our County RE taxes hadn't been posted yet which lead me to contact Mary for advise.

Her response... She said she would contact the title company and follow-up with what happened. A few hours later she had answers about what happened and set the wheels in motion to make sure everything was in order.
