We so enjoyed our experience working with Maurice Johnson in getting our home! He kept us informed during the whole process and explained, in layman terms, when I didn’t understand the how and why of things. He even talked me off the ledge a couple times 🙃, because I can be an anxious person and this was a big process, but he understood that and was very understanding and compassionate! Mike is extremely knowledgable and helped me from January to September of ‘24 to get my financials in order as I prepared to buy a home. He not only understands the mortgage game, but understands tax returns and the preparation needed to help business owners and real estate investors like myself qualify for a home. It was a long process, but Mike was always willing to help and answered my calls. Not only that but he locked in a low rate for me amidst a high interest rate market that saw little opportunity to do so. Mike is an absolute mortgage beast! Not only did he take care of us from start to finish. He walked us through some of the more detailed processes that other mortgage companies don't talk about. Oh, and he did most of the final documentation to get the clear to close while on vacation!
