The corporate of this apartment complex is not good at all AWI all they do is listen to the manager linda and not the tenants and she let's few people do what they want and don't make them fellow the rules and the rest of us have too or we get written up

Mike the landlord is a special kind. Yes get excited for being able to pay 100 to 600 in rent it's not worth it he will watch u the moment u park a car in tenant parking but u didn't let him no u borrowed it and u have a lease violation he also changed ur locks without telling u and he will follow u to the street if u don't pay rent even tho u have tell midnight to pay but he will follow u to see where u are going. Also don't let any clothes on the floor when u have a inspection or u will get a lease violation for one atricle of clothing on the floor. !GO NEXT DOOR! I swear ur life will be easier.
