Another disappointment from this company…was told to contact another company for issues and that company sent me back to Maryellen Hill…hard to tell now after all our bad experiences with this company who is telling the truth…as paying HOA members and supporting the management contract, we should not have to deal with this incompetence.

I would not rent from this company again.

They demanded a cashiers check for both the deposit and the balance. When the mailman couldn’t deliver the second payment and I told them it was at the Palm Springs post office, she wanted me to send another cashiers check. What? That check at the post office is the same as cash. She seemed put out about it but finally went and got it.

Picked up our keys, etc. no directions on how to use the coded lock on the front door. Just a code written on the outside of the envelope. Only one parking permit and one gate card. We had two cars. I told them that. No directions for the cable tv. After three days it finally worked. I quickly figured out how to use the two remotes but the service wasn’t on.
Who rents to three people and does not put a DRESSER in the second bedroom?

We were there for two months and had to ask for a mail key. They were surprised we needed it, even though it was requested via email a month beforehand.
Had to purchase several kitchen items, such as a potato peeler. Basic things. Not enough silverware to last but a day or so.
The woman I dealt with didn’t work full time and the owner did not return my call for several days.

I currently rent through Maryellen Hill & Associates. I personally have always been treated with courtesy and they have always been very helpful. If there is something that needs attending to regarding the home I am renting, they are very quick to respond and get someone over to take care of the issue, either the same day or within 24 hours. Having dealt with some horrible landlords in the past, Maryellen Hill has been very good to me.

The worst property a management to work with. Cindy has zero customer service, she is extremely rude. This company seeks to make money anyway possible without properly serving their clients. Would not recommend them. If I could give a 0 I would. The way they conduct business will not last forever, I 100 % agree with previous review from F.smith. My experience with them was very similar.This company runs more like a scam.

I gave one star only because 0 wasn’t an option. Everything that people say other then her= friends giving a positive rating is true . Very Rude , lies , grossly over charges an exorbitant amount with fake receipts = it’s not $350 to shampoo a small condo funny bc I had to get unit shampooed right after I moved in because carpet was nasty had huge pet stains and I paid just under $100 - also sends me a BID ONLY offer receipt stating it would cost est $250 to clean unit which is under 600sqft mind u I left unit clean and took video unit was in as good if not better then when I received it, when it’s time to return deposits they kept $600 of my security deposit when unit was good and ok fine but the exorbitant amount is ridiculous and actually unlawful we already know that they get companies to do work cheaper because they give them contracts so whatever dollar amount is on receipt just know property management companies don’t actually pay that amount stated they all work together .no properly working heater in rental unit, recieved unit that smelled like musky / pee smell with huge stains which they said was shampooed but I had to get someone to come clean and magically it was much better. Walls had 20 plus year old wallpaper in two rooms and the other main living areas had no paint looked grey like a mud sorta compound very ruff looking on the walls not the typical painted walls . I asked if landlord they represented was going to be painting they said no - I had to offer to pay half so the under 600 sqft condo could be completely painted a neutral beige color which they lied when I asked if it would be beige neutral color and when I go to move in it’s completely ceiling white and mind you I’m helping the landlord make the unit much better getting rid of old outdated wallpaper and getting proper texturizing and paint on the walls and I paid $700 which was half supposedly for it to be ceiling white so the ceiling was white and the walls were white the baseboards were white horrible but by that time I already signed freaking lease .. The list goes on . Read YELP reviews also Mary Ellen Hill and associates company isn’t the problem apparently is the org owners old cranky daughter that has been running it that gives everyone a hard time and Earned these bad reviews.

Unprofessional, unreliable, rude, disrespectful, and Cindy will keep your deposit even after you had submitted a receipt from a professional cleaning service. Pet deposits... you won't get those back either. Very disappointed in the way Cindy is misleading military families.

I use to go there for Gentle Dental. But since Covid, a lot of the Dentist and staff are new. So I went back to Dr. Lombardo in Yucca Valley and God, I didn't realize how good of a Dentist he is.

This complex holds many offices. One is Gentle Dental. Cannot say enough about the Dentist here. It is one stop shopping. They have every Dentist you need. I highly recommend this business.
