One of the worst companies to ever work for ! If you’re a security guard please don’t work for them nothing but terrible experiences and an owner who has no idea how to run a proper business. Terrible staff and terrible management the only good worker is Shannon

This place actively discriminates when they lease.
I had a lease signed and paid my deposit but after a month of waiting to move and a week before my move in date, they choose to revoke my lease because I have a documented service animal which I told the agent about before I signed. Claudia (agent) is lovely but her boss is the issue. Says she’s a lawyer but she uses the law to skirt around it. Buyer beware.

I don't think anyone in the desert works harder than the staff at Shah Management. When a tenant has an issue, they answer their phones at all hours of the day/night/weekends to handle the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Everyone's communication and follow-through is top-notch. The whole team will go above and beyond the call of duty, especially the CEO Amy. She believes in her staff and her tenants and will do whatever she can to assist them.

Be VERY careful dealing with Amy and her staff Shannon. I have everything documented in writing. For sure I can show evidence that they LIE! And they way they do "business' is very disturbing and creepy. I will never ever do business with them.
