Very Friendly Nice and Professional Staff. Just a little disappointed in advertised rental price is not the same as the final cost. Ended up having to pay 4x the advertised amount on moves in day. This was after paying the Application Fee's, Seeing the home, Sending the Deposit and Scheduling the move in. Not much you can say when the truck is already full. Just wish they could be more upfront with their Fees and totals before sending in the application.

I highly recommend xpeco properties. David is amazing! He was professional, very detail oriented, set the expectations regarding rental income in the area very clearly. That level of transparancy helped me build the trust with xpeco immensely. On top of it, david and the rest of the team are always quick to respond.
